Every time I’m ready to post a blog my wifi decides to stop working and now it’s been more than a week and I just can’t take it anymore. So I’ve decided to write this and go to Starbucks the minute I wake up and post it. Since it’s already 3:30 in the morning I’m sure that I’m not going to wake up before 1 and so this should be up by the evening.
Anyhow coming out of my wifi misery, for today’s post I have two black and white looks. For people who have been following me will know that I’ve become obsessed with white and I need a serious intervention to stop buying it, but until then I shall keep posting you guys with my new favorite.
So coming to my first look, I went for a very simple black and white dress which goes really well for the monsoons and paired it up with my boots which trust me, work like magic during this season. I went with a statement gold belt, charms and a chain (These long chains are now making a comeback). Styling Tip: You can pair two or more of them in different sizes, something really in right now. And I completed the look with a backpack.
- Dress- Not too sure as it was a gift from my boss (Somewhere from San Francisco)
- Belt from Stylefiesta.com
- Charms and chain from Accessorize
- Boots from Forever 21
- Bag from Koovs.com
Your dress can be as simple as you like but you can always accessorize it. But if you don’t want to you can keep it minimal like my second look.
I went with a skater skirt and a white crop top and did minimal accessorizing with it. I went with ring cuffs and a clutch. I made it up with a bright matte lipstick and my heels of course.
This was one of the looks you wouldn’t have seen on my blog as I’m wearing a skirt after almost a year or more now. So I fell in love with this one and hopefully I get a lot more looks with skirts from now on.
