Once upon a time, there was a princess who was loved by her parents and was given the freedom to do what she wanted to. She had dreams that her parents helped her fulfill and nothing would stop her ever from reaching her goals. She was the happiest and the most positive princess you’d ever seen. But like ever other story her’s had obstacles too. And she never imagined what was ahead of her.
One day her parents decided to get her married to a prince. She didn’t want to go against her parents and agreed with their decision. They found her a well-groomed and educated prince, but he had conditions before he tied the knot with the princess. He wanted to clip her wings and make her ordinary, but she never felt that way and her parents always told her she was born to do something amazing. But to her surprise her parents wanted her to change as well. They told her it was time to settle down and forget everything. The princess was shaken by this and didn’t know what to do. She decided to talk to her parents about it, but they wouldn’t listen. Her parents were suddenly more concerned about what the society thought of their daughter than what she really wanted. The princess was perplexed and did not know what to do. Her parents wouldn’t listen and she didn’t want to change but at the same time, she never wanted to hurt them.
She had two options in front of her, either break her parent’s heart or compromise and get married to the prince. With a strong heart and an instinctive mind, she decided to not marry the prince. The princess knew that her parents would eventually understand. She was advised against this by everyone she knew as they told her that she was making a huge mistake and would never find a prince that charming, wealthy and handsome. But the princess was happy to stay alone rather than be unhappy in her life. Eventually, her parents came around and understood and were very sorry to make her go through all of this. She was mocked at for saying no, judged by everyone. But she held her head up high and overlooked all those comments and stayed away from people who spoke ill of her.
Deep down the princess always wondered if she would find her prince charming who would accept her the way she is and love her for her flaws and strengths. But does the princess find her happy ending? Does she find the love and respect she deserves?
You’ll find out soon…
